Current status
The paid plans are not on sale yet, so there is nothing to refund.
The Explorer and a free account cost nothing. When the paid plans on Pricing go on sale, this policy will apply to them, and its date will change.
Who issues refunds
Paddle, which sells our paid plans as Merchant of Record.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle therefore processes every refund; we cannot return a payment directly.
How to request a refund
Reply to your Paddle receipt, or email [email protected] and we will pass your request to Paddle.
Include the email address used for the order and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt.
How requests are decided
If no read has run in your workspace since a payment, ask within 14 days of that payment and we refund it in full. Once a read has run, that payment isn't refundable. Paddle, who sells CloudArq for us, processes the refund.
- Where the law gives you 14 days to cancel and be refunded, that right applies as well as this policy.
- A business charged sales tax it should not have paid can ask Paddle to refund the tax within 60 days of the payment, with a valid tax number.
Cancelling a plan
Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
